14 state-of-the-art cable cars and ski lifts, plus 55 km of top quality ski runs through stunning mountain scenery ensure an unrivalled winter experience. Snow-making equipment on 80% of the runs guarantees more than enough of the white stuff.

Around 20 hectares of lake areas were created through gravel dredging. These lakes have become a sought-after recreational area. The clean groundwater lying in a gravel basin is used for fishing and bathing. The lake can largely be walked around.

The widely known and popular Sonnenkopf ski resort is located at the foot of the famous Arlberg.

High above Bürserberg at an altitude of 1,250 m, the Rona Alpe lies on the sunny Tschengla plateau. Located approx. 10 minutes from the walkers’ car park, guests to the Alpe can find a daily choice of fresh natural produce, which can also be purchased to take away.

The new experiential world on the summit: «Säntis – the mountain weather

Visit the barefoot trail on the inner Parpfienz Alpe in Brand. The starting point is accessible in just a few minutes with the Dorfbahn cable car. From the top station simply walk (still wearing your shoes) towards the Innere Parpfienz Alpe.

The Laguz-Alpe is located in a small side valley southwest of the Großes Walsertal (not to be confused with the better-known Kleines Walsertal!). This destination is interesting as a detour on the trip over the Faschina-Joch or as an independent, small tour.
